Return & Refund Policy

Each of our glass pieces is handblown and individually crafted — small variations are part of their natural beauty.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described.

To initiate a return, please contact us at yatteina@eucalypti.co.uk with your order number and photos of the product.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.
Additional exchanges may incur extra international shipping fees paid by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Eucalypti Atelier reserves the right to decline a refund if the product shows signs of wear, use, or improper handling.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
